First , you must check the version of each phone.
For BE1 you'l see version 16A,16B,16C,16D, and 16F
all this model , you can unlock them with AlcatelToolBox ATB1.015b .
For HE1 , you'l get Version 250, 251,252 , 300 , 301.
to unlock HE1 versions , you need Alcatel Retrofit for HX series.
