I unlocked one T639 (in freeze state) with Easy Unlocker Box, try to read codes first. If you can´t read codes try use direct unlock, select model as Samsung Z240 (it´s very similar)

PD: if you have freeze phone state use the option for un-freeze, everytime select z240 model...use e210 cable!!!
