helo team...

i'v E61 and St 60 with hang logo..so i try to reset factory still same problem,finally i try to backup eeprom n fullflash,n then i flash with new firmware.BUt phone's dead,i try to flash again but always message error.And try flash with backup file still erroe message.

Whats can i do again ????
please infy team can help me,so explain to me detail file to use repair this.
