every time i make prepare phone the phone enter flash mode and smart moto say this

Searching for phone... no phone found
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (L7), getting test interface... OK
Model L7
Firmware R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB
Switching to flash mode... reconnect error
Check if the phone battery charge is OK

what the program i tried i work with 12v and 1a wheres the problem
