Hi,

I have purchased a special cable for Bird S198 from my resseler in Baroda,Gujarat.

When I connect the cable in USB port, it does not recognise by the computer. It does not ask for the drivers.

I have XP SP2 in my desktop PC and Laptop. In both the computers I've connected the cable but it don't work. I uninstalled Infinity, Box drivers etc. and again installed but nothing work for the cable.

Is my cable bad ? or what should I do ?
