Hi mates i have BF3 its come for network lock then i found software and i tryed to unlock but now its dead i tryed with ROBSON GSM ALCATEL SERVICE SOFTWARE V1.0 when i tryed to unlock my pc was hanged and restart now when i tryed to unlock this phone its saying

ERRO-this phgone cannot be unlocked-wrong data in phone then i tryed to restore backup there dont have backup on backup folder now customer asking new phone but this model dont have on market please anybody help me to repair this phone please help me anybody
