Can anyone convert this log-file into a map-file for my c45 phone ?

PS: I wanted to update the software of my c45 phone, but now nothing works. If I want to power on my phone, there only will be a short beep sound. So I tried to flash the phone with a new software, but it still not works. Please HELP me !!!
