Hello,

Pairing details: once you have activated your Infinity-Box to work with PinFinder you are able to use any PinFinder with Infinity-Box that already activated for PinFinder usage.
So, if you can get on hands for test your friend\'s Infinity-Box please make this:
1. take Infinity-Box that was already activated and worked well with any PinFinder
2. connect your (probably faulty) PinFinder to other Infinity-Box (good working, tested with PinFinder)
3. try to use your PinFinder (probably faulty) with that other well tested Infinity-Box
If you will see that your PinFinder can not work with other good tested Infinity-Box make this:
1. contact to your reseller and talk with him about replace/refund
2. if it will be impossible to discuss with your reseller about this send a mail to [email protected] and we will make refund directly
So let\'s see results and then we will talk more according to your test results.
But anyway, it\'s looks like a miracle that three PinFinders can not work well, it\'s a first time I see this kind of situation and I still think that it can be problem with cables or with unibox power level, but not a problem with PinFinder PCB.

Anyway let\'s see results and then we will think how to solve this situation completely.
