Kindly try to Jailbreak your Iphone 3G and try unlock it with YESSIM.

Config should be :

Boost Mode
MCCMNC of the Iphone (AT&T : 31041 or 31056 or 31068 / ORANGE FRANCE : 20800 or 20801 or 20802 / etc)
Full MCCMNC list here
