| hi sir, i am new to all of this gsm unlocking world!!! sounds very exciting...i have recently purchased a T-Mobile Sidekick Lx locked, & reside in Toronto Canada wanting to use it on the rogers network. i am not sure where to start with my unlocking adventure, but i am hoping that one of you very helpful ppl would show me the ropes. ive been told that the only way to unlock this device is through imei. i have spoken to local dealers here in my area charging $100 to do it, with a time frame of 15 - 20 days. not satisfied with that i began my search, & found this well put together site. any help would be appreciated...pls lead me into the rite direction..as i am excited to use my new toy ASAP!!!!
