How box maker / programmer or reseller of box do their business is fine it doesnt matter how it gets to my shop so to speak but still if I want to give the best service to my customers, customers who will see me everydays and walk past my shop not just buy 1 item over internet or msn or other way then I must consider these things and Im sure theres many other shops who must take this in concern.
