Bro if u have meant By
wet ,is a liquid damaged phone..I recommend you to clean the PCB very well and make sure theres no short in he phone....If the set waz In contact service status ..it cud b due to liquid damage..
If the hardware is ok u better write a working Good PM from another phone (0-255) unlock and make UI settings..
