many many dual sim phone have dual cpu.

so if you format only first cpu. 2nd cpu need to format or Rebuild IMEI also.

if you phone have 2 cpu sometimes it have 2 imei.

so though your phone have 2 IMEI, must rebuild IMEI both

and for format or rebuild imei for 2 cpu, you need tx rx for both cpu.

at last if your phone have 1 cpu and after format or rebuild IMEI both sim is not work, you need to flash your phone with new file.
