CMT Flash ID: 00000000 <=> Flash -> not detected

As you can see if the program dosen´t detect the Rap IC where you put the TP, you have short circuit on balls where you put the needles. like Jaf Supporter says look at microscope at the two TP points there are 2 balls together that dosen´t make the flash chip work.Or you break the connection.
