I sold many Pad Finders to my customers, but this one giving strange problem,

Cables are ok, 026 Connector is OK only box giving problem

Detecting pinout: please push and HOLD power button!
(Push box button to Abort)
Processing, please wait...Failed!

it failes after 20% bar Red Light Flicks n Failed error came but other Pad Finder boxes are working fine so what should i do.....
