...first, wrong section for your post (CF62 is the Siemens E-Gold phone)
You tryed to fullflash using fullflash file for the Intel flash chip, but inside in your phone Soft flash ID is unkrown. So, rehot microcontroller and flash chip and try again (maybe you have bad contacts between the PCB pads and chipsets). See which flash you have inside (AMD or Intel) and after fullflash using fullflash file for this flash chipset. Use Joker and check only "ReCalc keys" in the Flash menu.
