if you unlock the phone by code and then you make format ffs (reset) the phone will ask again the unlock code because of operator firmware
you need simlock free firmware not operator locked firmware
but if you know the code maybe infinity team can make a 'pair': locked firmware file + unlock code provided by you - i doubt it because it would have been done by now
