I get the
403 Forbidden error message all the time and cannot post anything.
I tried to post an answer in the thread about
Nextel IDEN Phone Unlocking and received the following denial of permission:

SOmetimes the error message is shorter:

... because I thought that maybe the French accents cause a problem, but I wasn't able to post in the adequate respective thread either.
In a nutshell, I cannot post anything, and often I cannot even log in. The system says «Thank you for logging in, we will now redirect you to ...», but then I'm still back to the «You are currently visiting as a guest ...» layout instead of the «Welcome Maître ...» note in the upper right corner -- or I am sent to the
403 Forbidden page. After a few days of trying, it is sometimes possible to log in, but even then it is impossible to post anything at all.
If you could do the change of the user name to see if that helps ...
