Have you seen any other message by Log while upgrading process before trying to upgrade your HWk??? Message like-
-- Reset Failed, Trying to Repair UFS ...
-- Boot: 62 CF
-- Done, use Update Firmware to authorise UFS !
Untill & Unless you will not do what is asked by Update Client software cannot read HWk.
