| Have you checked your sub PCB & LCD?
if that is ok, take photos of main PCB (under microscope) around CPU area and post them so I can view them. Check for cracks in the underfill around CPU. any cracks will cause abnormal operation of handset
Take a look at attached photos. Cracks can clearly be seen around IC
