If your handset becomes water damaged, you should remove the battery as soon as possible in order to reduce the damage, which will increase the chances that the phone can be fully repaired, most other companys will not accept liquid damaged phones for repair due to the extend of the work that needs to be carried out on the handset, however we accept all water damaged, we have a 70% success rate of water damage repair, and as stated above we have a a no fix - no fee policy.
