If you already contacted to support via mail you must get this answers: PinFinder detection is not depends on what card is connected. If PinFinder can be detected it can be detected with your (or your friends cars), if it can not be detected it can not be detected with any )your or your friends card).
So here is an advice: you must activate your PinFinder online according to instruction:
