I bought my credits 2 days ago, 600 credits, only been add 200 in the next day, and been told will be add another 400 soon, but until now, is more than 48 hours, i am still waiting for the credits been added, what is wrong with this service and support, it shouldn't take so longer to add my credits, the payment went through 2 days ago. please help me sort out the problem.
