format command have not response from Da! possibly wrong format range given , check format option sets!

i try manual format and auto ... phone was working without simcard when insert sim card turn off and on i flash with firmware NOKIA N96 MTK6226 K5L29 France,Russia,VietNam
now phone display blank but working ...
