I see so many people have been able to flash but I have not been able to yet

I just got my Genie and I downloaded the latest Phoenix and am trying to reflash a dead N95 8Gig.
When I first tried it, I got the error:
Error: Timing Values were not passed to an FLE5 function that uses MODE_CONFIRM
I replaced RAPIDOv11_2nd.fg with the one that's on the support FTP site but now I get: "Error: FIASCO file contains no Flash Descriptor"
What the heck do I have to do to get it working???? I also tried on a live N78 but I get the same thing

Anyone got ideas?
