If you payed for activation, contact your resellers on Monday, may be they do not work on week-ends.

90009ECC - not added in server. contact your reseller and ask him to add serial in server if you have payed for it.
The other 2 serials are added in server and have status "End-user Software Activated" = RED. All you have to do is to activate by yourself. Read sticky threads how to do this.
