In 12.11.2008 - not in server after 12 days since customer reported, and he say he wait 1 week for this. Total 19 DAYS of waiting.

It is normal when we have problems with such reseller like you, to protect customers of BB5KING from being delayed so much time.
It is normal to delete you from reseller list and to prevent future unhappy customers.

There are more then 200 resellers created in server, i just wander why only with you have this problem?
