That's problem come because Some Conflict in egate Smartcard Driver in Your Computer
Are You Using another Box/tool that use egate Smartcard Driver too ?
(For example : Cruiser Box /SE Tool Box is use that Driver)
if the answer is yes, than (Before connecting or installing):
- You must enabling the setting @Device Manager to run smartcard reader more than one
- Uninstall any available egatesmartcard driver that has been installing on your computer, use egate uninstaller to do this and make clean install !!!
- Restart Your computer after you do the Point-2
- Reinstalling & Use the latest egatesmartcard driver
- Connect the Box one by one (i dont' have an information about what Tool/box you use)
Please check it and post the result in here ...
