sorry to say u can unlock a network lock but dont know how to unlock phone unlock code .if u have hwk take info and click edit pm that will read code sometimes u cant read in hwk then try with jaf click user code edit in service .and put code manually .if u have put wrong codes keep the phone on for 10 min and puut the code it will pass through
