Nice marketing.. You do not tell it officially but send me the list of available model... lol .. Thus kG-800 is not supported. But one thing that you said "When you will be able to connect phone please, post here an information about connection process and we will try to check what is wrong with software." I did that above.... there is the log of the connection !! and the Software lgA.exe has LG-K800 available.. SO where the problem come from?
