I got this mail on 28th nov 2008 and I make the above post on 7-1-08. still I am waiting for the reply from the product supporter. It is very bad micro support team.
Your Account is Activated All you have done is " Forget your Username or Password" . If you want We can Reset Your Account then You can Activate it Again Providing Same Details .

But Please Remeber Password is case Sensitive Don,t Forget it.

Let us Know do you need to Reset your account or not?
