Write exactly what phone odel you are doing and what box to co emulation you use, if SmartKey detects it in settings. Obviously, there is a problem in your case between connection of the phone and box. Yes, there was a problem with calculating boot , but software reacted on power on in the telephone, in your case it doesn't.
The problem has already been removed in the last version, a lot of people confirmed that on forums that everything works!! I personally, tested on KC550- successfully.Please, write exactly the details I asked for at the beginning of this post. I need more details.
