The only things you really need are a data cable and the flash image (You need a xx04 one - V1804 is the latest one that has Russian in it).
If your phone currently has V18 or lower, then all you need to do is connect the phone to a PC, and run the flash installer - just turn the phone back on when it tries to connect to the EGold loader.
If you have a later version, then you will need to flash the phone, restore the EEPROM, and then fix up the IMEI/Lock information. You should hope that you don't need to do this, since it gets a bit messy.
To find your current version, key *#06# and then press the left softkey - it should display something like:
Version: 21<br />FR/EFR/HR
