no verizon sim required, i suggested to try as it was not accepting code directly. after unlock customer cant use mms, data , internet unless gprs setting of other gsm operators in BB, which is not possible as it is disable by the verizon software. all other feature will work. for unlock code you need Gsmfather server account. you can buy account online from
