this phone is 100% supported for unlock use d800 cable with battery in phone and connecty powr on phone to ns pro.hit the unlock button. If you have problems follow these steps
1.check if your phone have a security code enabled type *2767*3855# eeprom reset then try again
2.
check your cable try using another cable
3.
check phones connector if its working well change phone connector if not in conditions 4.disconnect all other boxes connect only ns pro
5.
configure ns pro to a port below then 10
