while trying to progr am this phone I got into test mode or something like that it turns on with a white screen and letters and numbers does anyone know how to get it out of that mode. If I turn off and back on the first thing that comes out is FTS AND THEN IT GOES INTO A LOT OF PARAMETERS HELP PLEASE.
