| Resolution to change the driver signing policy to warn:
1. From the "Control Panel" select "System" then select the "Hardware" tab
2. Click "Button Driver Signing" to bring up dialog "Driver Signing Options"
3. Select "Warn - Display a message before installing an unsigned file" If you are an Administrator, you have the choice to select "Apply setting as system default"
4. Click "OK" and then click the "Device Manager" button
5. Right click the scanner and select "Update Driver"
