| unlocking 3650's locked to at&t via codes is a well kept secret!!
But from what i understand a normal unlock code calculator will unlock these. BUT it is the MCC+MNC for these handsets which is different. 310-38 is the network code for at&t but on the 3650's the MCC+MNC appears to be different for every handset. I believe that the MCC+MNC is in someway calculated from the handset imei number. Maybe someone knows more about this??
yes 3530, 3590, 6390 8390 etc are the US variants
