IPAQ had reset:

1) Power the IPAQ off by holding down the END key
2) Then hold down the center of the 4-way navigation key and power on the IPAQ again while continuing to do so.
3) You will see a screen that asks you if you want to perform a hard reset. Selete YES. The IPAQ will reboot with original factory settings.
