Try to use other box as interface-i one time wrote what problems exist with all OMAP based phones,as they need 1,8V RX and TX levels.Almost all boxes have RX and TX levels at 3,3V and this level for some phones can be too high-this is important mostly working on high baudrates.This level can variate depending from box,so some boxes can work better with OMAP phones.
