check your imei, if it is ??????????????, or 12345654321? than you'll have to use your back up files from jaf (imei_number.rpl) to write rpl back to phone... if your imei is ok, try to full erase and flash with latest firmware, if that wount help, than it'll be a hardware problem... flash ic maybe...
