heres the answer 1000%

first move.... un install all cyclone on your computer same in device manager show all files and remove, after that restart pc.

2nd move.... install cyclone installer 59.4 mb, dont install driver next install again latest installer 65.4 mb dont un install 59.4mb...

last..GO to security windows firewall OFF also automatic updates, insert box then install driver.... next... then open soft cyclone click dct4 if box need driver then install it...
