Not sure if this helps , but i could not get the handset to connect for over an hour , with about 50 attempts to connect. The next day I set the software to flash , changed back to unlock WITHOUT pressing change jobs , then i went back to change jobs /unlock, and it connected first time ,and unlocked very quickly . it was so quick I had doubted that it was even unlocked , but on checking, it was. In other words , KEEP TRYING! [oh , and clean the port and data cables too
