You may need to do a HARD reset. If you haven't backup your files then you would lose everything, because a HARD reset returns your phone back to factory setting.
Hard Reset instructions
1. Take your battery out of the phone.
2. Before you put the battery back in you should hold the power button
3. While holding the power button place the battery back in
phone.
4. After the phone loads up and you see the palm logo release the power
5. A small window should appear asking you to erase all files ( or something in that nature)
6. Hit up on your 5-way nav....and that should reformat your phone a.k.a HARD reset.
