Ok ...

if u have osilloscope then check TX/IQ signal from cobba first if not ok then check supply voltage to cobba if ok the cobba faulty or brocken soldering under it ...., try reball/change ...,

then go to next step ...., check 26 mhz crystal ...., deviation must be less than 100 hz if more than 100 hz then 26 mhz crystal faulty ....,( u need frequency counter)

Now post the result and then i will tell u what to do ...
