RAZR2 V8 2GP hang in motorola logo

Phone goes to bootmode but it shows only bootloader A3.CC. but it does'nt shows firmware version of the phone.

when i connect this phone in scout shows

Firmware ERROR,NOT FOUND!
Flex version ERROR,NOT FOUND

How i recover this phone????
