Hi I am new here and I am having trouble unlocking my mobile.

I am running windows XP Professional sp3.

I have downloaded everything i needed and started following the steps.

I ran the MFI Multiloader and when promped to connected the USB to the phone.

10 seconds later this comes up and i get a nasty big black on the mobile
