If you have sent mail to support person already there is no reason o post in forum message that you have sent a mail to support due to we check mail quite often and you will get a reply via mail.
Double posts/threads/questions makes just a delay with our replies due to our supporters must check every message carefully and if you will sen 2 messages to 2 different e-mails or in forum we just lost time and your very important message will be replied with delay due to you make double work for supporters. |
