Your original phone firmware was BFFA105 (as per your backup says) so.. flash your phone with 'ZTE-X761_ZTEMT25_07A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.X761_Z2_SF_
BFFA103_En_Fr_Es_Vodafone-Indie.B0M.bin' this is the more recent firmware in support maybe it can revive your X761, remember select "Format FFS" when flashing.
If your phone doesn't start only solution is to ask Infinity supporters to prepare flash from your backup that is newest.
