I have problem with Alcatel Easy HE1 efr v250. He was locked... I put phone on cable, and from new Retrofit for HE1, I change EEPROM content. On adress A to C I found 00 00 EA, then I change EA to 51...
Now, I put SIM card to phone and turn on them, but phone only five times turn on and turn off display, and then go off...
I probablly must to flash phone !?

What I can do ?
